We are in need of qualified Onsite Support Technicians, in all of New York City, who have at least one year of hands on computer repair experience to help us support our end users. No book techs please!
Remote Data Backups have been backing up data online for over 200
franchise brands
for nearly 10 years and we need dependable and presentable onsite techs in the area to help us support the physical problems our clients typically encounter on a daily basis (i.e. hard drive, motherboard, video, network card crashes, etc.) that are outside the scope of the service we support. When you look at the client base we support, you should be able to recognize dozens of these companies in your area.
Since we are a data backup company, if we cannot get our client’s computer online to access it, then we cannot help them recover their data. This is where we need you. We get about 5 - 15 requests for onsite tech support each day throughout the U.S. We would like to hand these opportunities over to our partners instead of our end users randomly going to the phonebook to find a tech who might not know how to use our service. However, this is not a full time position. We will simply send business to you when it comes to us in your area, but it is random.
We also have an excellent partner program for those who want to offer our service to their clients for a 20-40% re-occurring commission. Data backup it is a great “foot in the door” for new business because every business needs it…literally, but most do not do it properly. We provide you with all the tools you need (website, control panel, fliers, etc).
